New life springs forth at Meadowlark Ridge!

Spring is in full force at Meadowlark Ridge! April showers are now bringing May flowers, the forests are quickly greening up, a bluebird pair has started nesting in their house, and – we have new managers! I’m happy to introduce Jaimi and Ryan. They have over 25 years of experience in hospitality from Minnesota to Georgia and more, most recently working in California. They started hosting guests the week they arrived in January and have been receiving rave reviews.

Meet Ryan and Jaimi

Jaimi & Ryan look forward to having a garden this summer and already have pepper, tomato, zucchini and spinach seedlings well underway. These will be delicious in one of Jaimi’s new recipes for egg cups, which can be adjusted to accommodate any palate. Yummy!

Ryan is quite the photographer and has kept social media engaged with his exquisite bird photos. Migration season is underway through mid-May, but you can always expect to see a colorful display of songbirds and warblers during your stay.

We invite you to visit Meadowlark Ridge this summer to experience the beautiful rural setting and to enjoy Jaimi & Ryan’s hospitality. Check in on the website periodically to read blog updates highlighting the spirit of Meadowlark Ridge throughout the year. We hope to see you soon!
